If an item in Primo is listed as
Available at External Store
, ensure you have Signed in and click
Request
.

Select the copy of the item you want to request. If you need a specific journal issue, you must enter the details here.

You must also specify where you want the item to be delivered by choosing the
Pickup Location
.

Click
Request
.
Once a book is available for collection a notice will be sent, usually via email.

To view your requests, click
My Account
in the top right corner of the screen. Then click
Requests
.

To cancel your request, click
Cancel
and then
OK
.
