How do I integrate my Primo loans into my electronic calendar

(this page is currently being re-written)

It is possible to have details of your Primo loans, including due dates, automatically inserted into your electronic calendar.

To do this, your calendar must support the iCal format. Most popular calendars do support this, including Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Calendar, Google Calendar, iCal.

You can either:

Download a snapshot of your loans as an ics iCalendar file

This option creates a snapshot of your loans and their due dates which can be imported into your calendar. This information will not be updated as you borrow and return items.

  • Go to http://primo.aber.ac.uk
  • Sign in to Primo (top right of the page)
  • Go to My Account tab - this will list your active loans
  • At the top of the list on the right are two links:
    • Download your item due dates as an iCal file (Lawrlwythwch y dyddiadau mae eich eitem yn ddyledus fel ffeil iCal)
    • Permanent link to your loans calendar (Dolen gyswllt barhaol i'ch calendr benthyca)
  • Choose to Download your item due dates as an iCal file .
