How do I find out which operating system I have on my computer?

• Right-click on the My Computer/Computer icon on your desktop (if it does not appear on the desktop go to the Start menu and right click on My Computer/Computer from there)
• Select Properties
• In the System window the operating system information will be displayed, this also shows what Service Pack you have

• Click the on the Apple icon in the top left hand corner of the desktop
• Select About This Mac from the menu which appears
• You should find the operating system information there
