from the menu

Place your original copy on the glass or in the auto feeder

Click the
Zoom
button in the menu at the bottom of the screen

Select
A3->A4 (70.7%)
and click
OK
.
The paper size will automatically be changed.

Press the
Blue button
to start scanning

REMEMBER: To log out of the service
- Press the
Finish
button
